STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start face detection
2. wait as long as you want
3. press the cancel button right of the progress bar
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no progress visible, the bar remains on 0%. When pressing the cancel
button, nothing happens: the task won't be canceled, I have to kill the digikam
process hard to continue work.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be some progress visible, the cancel button should really cancel
the action
