STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. If bluetooth is enabled, disable it. 
2. Now try to re-enable bluetooth


OBSERVED RESULT
Bluetooth can't be re-enabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Bluetooth should be re-enabled
