Faced this same issue. The solution was to run pkcon update with admin
privileges(sudo)
I did not note the software versions before the update but after the update the
versions are :
Software/OS version(After pkcon update)
Operating System: KDE neon 5.27
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.111.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
Kernel Version: 5.15.0-75-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics
