When connecting to a new host, a window opens asking for connection settings
(resolutions, sound, etc...).
This window shows hardcoded defaults that have to be adapted by hand at every
connections.
It would be very useful to configure the default settings in the settings menu.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to a new host
2. enter settings
3. disconnect
4. connect to a different host
5. enter all settings again
6. goto 3
Actual Results:
default settings are hardcoded
Expected Results:
default settings are configurable
