SUMMARY
Hotkey shorcut for Yakuake does not work on Ukrainian layout in Wayland
session. It does not work either to show or to hide Yakuake window.
It reproduced not only on the last versions of KDE Plasma/Yakuake.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Ukrainian layout via System settings
2. Set up Win + ` as shortcut hotkey for Yakuake
3. In any application switch to Ukrainian layout
4. Press Win + `
OBSERVED RESULT
No Yakuake window is shown
EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake window is shown
