SUMMARY
On Wayland, if you use Shift+Prtscr to take a fullscreen screenshot and right
click on the resulting image embedded in the notification you won't get a
context menu like on X11. Buttons "Annotate" and the explicit context menu
button both work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shift+Prtscr to take a fullscreen screenshot
2. Right click on the resulting thumbnail in the notification
OBSERVED RESULT
No context menu
EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu appears
