STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find "Icon Explorer" in Kickoff and click on it
OBSERVED RESULT
An entry with the title "Icon Explorer" appears in the Task manager, followed
by a second entry with the title "Cuttlefish". Then the first one times out
after 5 seconds, and the app that's opened is named "Cuttlefish" in its
titlebar, not "Icon Explorer."
EXPECTED RESULT
One entry appears in the Task Manager with the title "Icon Explorer", and the
resulting app window that opens is titled "Icon Explorer" and not "Cuttlefish".
