I think the keyboard shortcut F10 displayed in Dolphin's context menu for the 'Create New Folder' entry is misleading and should be removed. Other widgets like the 'Save As' dialog do not display this keyboard shortcut. IMO, this can be the bug here. If F10 shortcut's behavior is changed to what this bug report asks, then users will have to ensure no folder has been selected when trying to create a new folder under the top-level folder. This is inconvenient and can lead to mistakes. Also, if multiple folders have been selected, under which folder should the new folder be created? It makes sense to restrict the ability to create a new folder under the selected folder to the context menu.
