Bug in action
"Slide" effect is not affected.
Steps to reproduce on my system:
Switch between virtual desktops with fade effect, click on desktop to unfocus
windows, that's it. Taskbar will start flickering.
It looks like effect which toggles when window gets close to touching taskbar
gets triggered rapidly.
I haven't used virtual desktops in a while, so I don't know if previous
versions are afffected.
