No, that did not help. But then I tried to delete files
plasma_theme_breeze-*.kcache and that helped. Weird thing was that I had file
plasma_theme_breeze-dark_v5.101.0.kcache even thou I have frameworks 5.110.
When I deleted old files, new one created is
plasma_theme_breeze-dark_v5.110.0.kcache and things work.
