This isn't the right place to ask; this is a bug tracker.
But sure, you can propose it there, however I'm 99% sure it will be rejected on
a variety of grounds:
- Usability; centering makes launchers jump around and kills your muscle memory
- Not wanting to be seen as a cheap rip-off of Windows 11 or ChromeOS even more
than already happens
