kwalletd5 fails to start:
```

libGL error: failed to load driver: nouveau
```
An Error message will popup:

Error when attempting to decript wallet kdewallet using GPG. If you're using a
SmartCard, please ensure it's inserted again. GPG error was Inappropriate ioctl
for device.
```
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to latest
2. Reboot
3. On KDE start, when kwalletd5 starts, it shows the error
OBSERVED RESULT
Error to popup:
"Error when attempting to decript wallet kdewallet using GPG. If you're using a
SmartCard, please ensure it's inserted again. GPG error was Inappropriate ioctl
for device."
EXPECTED RESULT
A dialog to provide the password for the GPG key guarding the vault.
