The keyboard shortcut F10 is supposed to create a folder under the top level
folder. A new folder can be created under a sub-folder only through the Create
New->Folder option in the context menu obtained by right-clicking the
particular sub-folder. This behavior is consistent across all view modes of
Dolphin (Icons/Compact/Details) and also across other KDE/kio components, like
'Save As' dialogs etc.
