SUMMARY

I am not entirely sure what the issue/bug is. While trying to solve another
issue, someone informed me there is a bug with `plasma-nm` and so I am opening
a bug report.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Created a VLAN
2. Create a bridged network
3. Go to add a VLAN to it
4. Click the `Parent interface` drop down -- the VLAN is missing

OBSERVED RESULT

The VLAN you created is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT

See the VLAN in the drop down.
