After reading Martin Flöser's comment I understand his point of view.

This feature may be needed in special environments - like factory automation
control - but for a basic home user this feature is potentially "dangerous" -
as it is in the middle of non-critical settings.

I suggest High and Extreme Focus Stealing Prevention should be separated from
other focus stealing options - and clearly marked as "For Advanced Users Only -
Be aware what you are doing before selecting these options ".
