I can confirm this bug still exists on KDE Plasma 5.27.8
If I disable kwallet by creating a .config file called kwalletrc
```
[Wallet]
First Use=false
Enabled=true
```
Then upon rebooting, google drive integration doesn't work. It loses
authentication every time.
