I right clicked the konsole icon while it was open and pressed close, and
immediately after, kwin wayland reloaded. Everything froze, then the taskbar
disappeared and went black and reappeared.
This also occurred when I closed kate.
Importantly, these issues usually occur after waking from sleep.
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
