STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Ark
2. Click "New Archive"
3. Create a new archive with type "Tar archive (Zstandard-compressed)"
(It is recommended to drag the "Level" to "Max", for prolonged consumed time
and easy observation)
4. While creating the archive, observe the CPU utilization and threads of Ark
in btop

OBSERVED RESULT
The CPU utilization is low (<10%) on my 8-core CPU (i7-11800H), only one thread
is full loaded

EXPECTED RESULT
The CPU utilization should be high, all threads should be full loaded or near
full loaded

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.110.0
Qt Version: 5.15.10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My CPU: 16 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz
