STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf using Okular
2. Click a hyperlink to another pdf file
OBSERVED RESULT
Current file closes, rather than open in a new tab, despite open in new tab
selected in settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
A new tab should open, so both documnets are available in Okular.
