windows在休眠后会不能连接android设备需要通过
taskkill /f /im kdeconnectd.exe
taskkill /f /im kdeconnect-indicator.exe
taskkill /f /im dbus-daemon.exe
adb shell am force-stop org.kde.kdeconnect_tp
来结束设备上的进程才能连接设备
