FreeBSD 13.2
Linux/KDE Plasma: this happens regardless of plasma being run or not
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.108.0 and 5.108.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8p1
kde is installed from the package kde5.
