Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately, there is no user documentation for Kasts (yet). So it's not
surprising that you didn't find it anywhere.
And, honestly, I don't see myself finding additional time to create and
maintain documentation at this point in time. I have my hands full maintaining
the app itself. :(
Feel free to help out with creating documentation (or anyone else reading
this). Even though I don't yet know myself how to do this, I'm willing to look
into it and give some pointers to get you or anyone else started.
