Digikam/Showphoto
Open Showphoto, then got to "Help" --> "About Showphoto" and read the following
on the first tab ("About")
"Professional Photo Management with the Power of Open Source - A KDE Family
Project". Professional Grade, really? Can't display jpg, png, jxl and webp.
