I'm using a fresh install of KDE Neon. I noticed that the system monitor
doesn't show Download\Upload columns for applications.
This is how it should look:

As you can see there are Download & Upload columns.
I don't have them and they also don't appear when I go to Configure Columns in
the Application page. Also, in the same page, if I go to Show Details Sidebar,
the Network graph is completely still.

EXPECTED RESULT
It appears there should be Download\Upload columns, but they aren't there.
