STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Install Kubuntu 23.04. Ensure "Activities" is enabled. Try to pin/unpin
something from the icons-only taskbar.
OBSERVED RESULT
The option to unpin shorcuts is missing. All I have is the option to "show in
activities"
EXPECTED RESULT
Right-click on a shortcut in the taskbar should have an option to "Unpin" an
app shortcut. I cannot delete the shortcuts. Including one which is now dead
in the water (the app for that shortcut is uninstalled).
