I can confirm this bug report.
It seems like there is some sort of buffering going on - if I keep on sending
remote inputs (from my Android phone to my KDE laptop), the stutter will
eventually go away, but after I stop for maybe a few seconds and send remote
inputs again, the stutters will return.
