STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Konsole as a flatpak
2. Run a command with --workdir option: flatpak run org.kde.konsole --workdir
~/Documents
OBSERVED RESULT
Konsole starts in the home directory
EXPECTED RESULT
Konsole should start in the Documents directory
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.4.10-arch1-1
Gnome: 44.3
Flatpak: 1.15.4
