SUMMARY
Booting on neon unstable 07-30 live version, Panel layout is reversed and all
items are aligned to the left without any gaps.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot kde neon live
2. Look at the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Layout is reversed and all items are left aligned
EXPECTED RESULT
Layout looks like usual with launcher on the left and then panel and then space
and then system tray then datetime
