SUMMARY
Project Monitor keeps displaying previously displayed frame (the one shown
before starting to use the tool) as a background.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Slip Tool
2. Start applying it and while doing so...
3. Observe the Project Monitor background.
EXPECTED RESULT
Black background.
