If you feel comfortable enough, you could maybe try to implement this yourself?
As you mentioned, it's probably a matter of copy-pasting the Elisa
implementation.
Kasts is reusing quite a bit of code from Elisa already, so there's a chance
that some parts of the code base are very similar.
