Win key is permanently assigned to Kicker and changing assignment to other
function (like present windows) works only until restart.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Assign Win key to Present Windows (Current Desktop). Reboot system.
OBSERVED RESULT
It works until I restart system . But even so when I go out of Present Windows
view by pressing Win key again I still see menu closing. It is somehow
activated anyway. After restart it doesn't show Present Windows at all but only
opens Kicker.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should not be "hardcoded" so that any function can be assigned.
