Screenshot showing text cut off

SUMMARY
When no tablet is recognized, the text on the button for manually configuring a
tablet is vertically cut off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disconnect any tablets.
2. Open system settings.
3. Go to tablet page

OBSERVED RESULT
The text on the second line of the button for manually configuring a tablet is
cut off, i.e., both the top and the bottom of the letters are invisible.

Also, the > character to the left of the button is not properly vertically
aligned with the first line of text.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text should not be cut off. The > character should be aligned with the
first line of text.

And preferably, the button shouldn’t be so wide, but instead have the text
wrapped over several lines, so that the window can be made smaller.
