as you select noaccel I assume you don't have actual opengl which would explain
the behavior. Try using KWIN_COMPOSE=Q or force llvmpipe using
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1.
Overall I doubt you will have any fun on the Wayland session on nouveau or in
general NVIDIA hardware.
Setting to UPSTREAM as it's a driver/hardware problem.
