Is there any particular reason why adding a scrollbar is a bad option here?
Dolphin has the same problem of too many options when all the side panels are
enabled but the scrollbar makes it fine to use. I am having this issue even on
a 14" screen (1920x1080) with a 30px panel set to "always visible". It is only
in the image view that this problem occurs for me i.e. when the three extra
options of "Crop", "Adjust Colours" and "Reduce Red Eyes" are added to the
list.
