Some text files I can open in ark, others not.
The ones causing issues are all without extention (LICENSE,TODO,..)
The file type in trouble is text/plain, and here kate is at the top of the list
and 'open a connected device with KDE connect' at the bottom of the list of
applications.
>From Dolphin all get opened with kate.
