STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Create a default panel (optional if you have a panel with the application
launcher)
2. Put panel on top of the screen (IMPORTANT)
2. Set panel size to 34 or lower
3. Open application launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
When the panel size is 34 or lower, the application launcher is a little
higher.
EXPECTED RESULT
The application launcher to be stuck to the panel, like when the panel is on
the bottom of the screen

Linux: Manjaro Linux

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This may be a problem of my theme, but i think i had it also before.
Let me check, no its just not that visible with the breeze theme, but its still
there
