STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With "Dolphin" open, in the bottom left options, "All tags" (labels).
2. Left mouse button on a label, menu option "Remove".
3. Click the "Permanently Delete" button
4. The tag is apparently removed
5. Click on "All tags" again and the removed tag appears again, or just close
the file explorer and open it again and the removed tag is still there
appearing.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tag deletion is not actually performed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Let the tag actually be removed, deleted.
