for qt6-* and kf6-* packages the packaging has been simplified to *6-* and
*6-*-dev . all other packages are dummy packages pointing to the respective
parent package. as the dummy packages have no binary content their auto build
dbgsym package does not exist. simply install the dbgsym packages for the
respective two parent packages instead. e.g. apt install qt6-base-dbgsysm
qt6-base-dev-dbgsysm
