It doesn't differ too much with Background contrast effect, on the other hand it seems disabling Blur makes really animations much smoother, especially with Task Manager thumbnails. And one thing to note is that mouse lagging seems to be somehow improved without needing to add KWIN_DRM_NO_AMS=1 as env var. The problem is that Wayland when idle looks good and smooth but starts to greatly slow down animations when you open some apps, and some apps are randomly frozen (grayed effect) and you need to wait for them to finish their works, I don't know if it's coming from my weak CPU, but on X11 the balance between heavy loading and animations seems much better handled than Wayland. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
