STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. German locale
2. Search for "Contrast"
3. Within the workspace effects, search for "Contrast" again.
--> Nothing found.
4a. At point 3 change "Contrast" to "Kontrast": Now the relevant item is found.
4b. At point 2 change "Contrast" to "Kontrast": Nothing is found.
EXPECTED RESULT
1) The untranslated original English string should always be found, both in the
general search and in case of the KCM filter.
2) The translated string should also be searchable in the general filter if
it's searchable within an KCM.
