SUMMARY
After upgrade powerdevil from 5.27.5 to 5.27.6 version on my laptop MSI Modern
15 B12M after system boot I have get errors in journald for
plasma-powerdevil.service user service

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade powerdevil package from 5.27.5 to 5.27.6 2.
2. reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Powerdevil functions do not work. org.kde.powerdevil: KDE Power Management
System init failed message in journal
EXPECTED RESULT
Powerdevil functions must work without any system errors
