Log of kwin crash

SUMMARY

In case of an AMD GPU driver crash the kernel driver resets successfully, but
my KDE Wayland session stays completely frozen until I force-kill everything
and restart sddm. I'm using a Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 (4500U CPU and Renoir
graphics) and the 6.3.8 Linux kernel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use an AMD GPU with the amdgpu kernel module
2. Execute 'cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/amdgpu_gpu_recover' as root

OBSERVED RESULT
Driver reloads successfully, but KDE stays frozen until killed/restarted.
kwin_wayland spams "kwin_scene_opengl: A graphics reset not attributable to the
current GL context occurred." to syslog.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE should recover from driver restart and work.
