STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. place the Panel on top of the screen
2. right-click on the Panel and choose "Enter edit mode"
3. click on "More options..." button
OBSERVED RESULT
"More options" menu unexpectedly opens upwards
EXPECTED RESULT
"More options" menu opens downwards
