Here's what it might look like
SUMMARY
Currently, the search results are displayed in a single list. Since the search
results are already grouped by runner (see RunnerModel::matchesChanged), it
seems reasonable to me to show categories (aka runner names) to make it easier
for the user to determine which category a particular search result belongs to.
This is how KRunner displays search results.
