The white part is progress and the colored part is remaining
SUMMARY
When the system language is RTL (Like Persian/Arabic) the progress bar of
installing/removing softwares works reversed. The white part is progress and
the colored part is remaining (See attach).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a RTL language like Persian or Arabic
2. Try to install a software with discover
3. The progressbar (both in the side and when clicking on it) is wrong
OBSERVED RESULT
It works reversed
