SUMMARY
***
When trying to change the volume on my PC without manually sliding the volume
slider, the volume change does not consistantly use the "volume change step"
that is set in "Volume controls"
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings > Audio > Configure Volume Control
2. Look what your "Volume change step" is set to
3. Use volume media key on keyboard at least 10 times to see if it matches the
entire time

OBSERVED RESULT
Volume increases by 4-6% at a time seemingly randomly instead of just
increasing/decreasing by 5% at a time.

EXPECTED RESULT
Volume increases by 5% every time I use the keyboard shortcut or the wheel on
my Dell USB soundbar AC511
