Can confirm.
Weird interaction between the icon rendering code and the icon; does not seem
to affect the link icon. The exclamation point emblem icon is most likely
affected because all of its colors use a re-colorable color from the color
scheme. Perhaps there is a re-coloring bug that causes the neutral text to be
inappropriately replaced with white when in the "selected" state.
