Recording of taskbar icon previews disappearing and moving incorrectly.

SUMMARY
When I start a Plasma Wayland session, hover an open app in the task manager,
and move my mouse to another open app, the preview is slow to move (closes and
reopens), and the new one is sometimes positioned incorrectly vertically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to Plasma (Wayland).
2. Open some apps.
3. Move the mouse around between the app icons on the panel.

OBSERVED RESULT
The app name tooltips or window previews disappear and appear, sometimes move
*then* disappear, and show up at the wrong vertical position.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltips remain open when you move the mouse between apps, like in Plasma
X11.
