SUMMARY
With latest Plasma Update, the desktop (wallpaper / taskbar) no longer shows on
external monitor when plugged (from Manjaro Laptop to external Monitor HDMI).
I have to kill and restart Plasma in the terminal to show it on the new
display. Used to work (duplicate laptop screen to ext. monitor), but no more.
Opening the start menu works though....so it hasn't crashed, just not showing
up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update KDE Plasma to 5.27.4
2. Plug monitor
3. Wallpaper black / taskbar gone
