STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Do something else, in my case record some screentime with OBS studio
3. Return to Dolphin, and try to create a directory by right-clicking and
selecting "Create Folder" from the context menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu does not pop up.

A context menu after a right-click in the folder?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am running on Wayland, but that should not influence Dolphin, right?
When I re-start Dolphin, the context menu appears again when I right-click.
However, once I go screen recording again, it stops working again.
